TWIGF 2023 臺灣網路治理論壇年度大會將於10月3日(二)-5日(四)在富邦國際會議中心與大家見面。在Day 0 (10/3) 首次規劃「Tutorial Day」邀請多位重量級國際專家訪台參與，規劃四場課題【提供公務人員終身學習時數，依出席情形核給認證時數】。
其中第三堂課題【數位經濟Digital Economy】由美國紐約哥倫比亞大學商學院William Drake 教授與清大林勤富教授共同主講，內容十分精彩，千萬不能錯過！
課題內容包含：
This session explores the dynamics of the global digital economy and key challenges shaping its governance.
It addresses the competing models of digital capitalism, the protection of fundamental human rights, and the prospects for international agreement on digital trade, data flows and other issues in an era of global polarization.
